Attracting new members by introducing the GIA team in a fresh way.
Challenge:
The Group Internal Audit team within the WORLD BANK needed to improve its global recruiting efforts by promoting itself as a fun, international and essential team within the World Bank Group.
Response:
We created a recruiting video that is upbeat and highlights several members of its international team, with the goal of appealing to global candidates who are interested in the work and can identify with the culture of the team.
Results:
The new video was well received by the World Bank leadership and improved GIA’s ability to appeal to high-quality candidates.
